A charming and crunchy cheese ball shaped like a pine cone, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into a large pine cone shape.
  3. Press the chopped nuts onto the surface of the cheese ball to coat it completely.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve with crackers and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for even blending. Chill uncovered for the first hour to set the shape, then cover loosely to prevent drying.
