These Pistachio Crusted Brie Bites are a perfect blend of creamy and crunchy, topped with a sweet cranberry honey glaze.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut into small squares
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry and cut it into small squares, about 2-3 inches each.
  3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each pastry square.
  4. Generously sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of the brie.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese to create a pocket, ensuring it’s tightly sealed.
  6. Brush the tops of each pocket with the beaten egg for a golden color when baked.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  8. While the bites are baking, mix the cranberry sauce and honey in a small bowl to create your glaze.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve warm, drizzled with the cranberry honey glaze.
