Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Add the chia seeds to the mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.

- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.

Notes
For best results, use ripe raspberries and stir the mixture after the first 10 minutes in the fridge.
