- 1/4 cup milk (adjust as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and Parmesan cheese until fluffy.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- If the dough is too dry, add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until it holds together.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out snowflake shapes.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Chill the dough if it becomes too sticky. Experiment with different cheese varieties and herbs to customize the flavor.
