Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or cheddar)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Keto-friendly dough or wraps (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
