- 1 lb sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or cheddar)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Keto-friendly dough or wraps (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beef and veggies. Allow it to melt, creating a filling.
- If using dough or wraps, roll the beef and cheese mixture in them; otherwise, serve as is.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese or toppings if desired.
Notes
To save time, sauté the vegetables and cook the beef beforehand and store in the fridge. Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.
