- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 5 medium potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ to ¾ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss chopped potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Spread them evenly in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the garlic parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken and potatoes, making sure the chicken is fully coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover again until melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot with a side of bread or salad.
Notes
For crispy potatoes, broil them for a few minutes after slow cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
