- 200g noodles
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chilies, sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce and chili sauce, tossing everything together until well coated.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with spring onions before serving.
Notes
Use high heat for a slight sear without steaming the vegetables. Store in an airtight container for 1-3 days.
