Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced chilies, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and chili sauce, tossing everything together until well coated.
  7. Season with salt to taste.
  8. Garnish with spring onions before serving.

Notes

Use high heat for a slight sear without steaming the vegetables. Store in an airtight container for 1-3 days.
