- 2 cups cooked french fries
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional topping sour cream
- Optional topping salsa
- Optional topping guacamole
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened.
- Add the steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Take a large tortilla and layer with cooked fries, steak mixture, and shredded cheese.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Optionally, grill the burrito in a pan until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
Notes
For best results, use a hot skillet to sear the steak quickly. Assemble and store burritos in the refrigerator for meal prep.
