Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles or crushed strawberries for coating (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the pureed strawberries.
- Gradually add graham cracker crumbs to the mixture until combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffle balls for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Dip each frozen truffle into melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll the chocolate-coated truffles in sprinkles or crushed strawberries if desired.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use very soft cream cheese and chill the formed balls before dipping. You can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
