Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture on each toasted slice.
- Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For the crispiest base, slice the baguette thinly and toast until just golden. Adjust seasoning before toasting as feta can vary in saltiness.
