Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese until fully blended.
- Add the pepper jelly, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika into the cheese mixture. Stir until everything is fully incorporated.
- With clean hands, scoop the mixture and form it into a ball shape.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap.
- Place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours to chill.
- Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables for spreading.
