- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1-2 red chili peppers, sliced (optional)
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red chili peppers, and sauté until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high and add the ground chicken, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add the fresh basil leaves and stir until just wilted.
- Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
Notes
Use a hot pan for better browning of the chicken. Adjust soy and fish sauce according to personal taste.
