Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1-2 red chili peppers, sliced (optional)
  • Cooked jasmine rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and red chili peppers, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat to high and add the ground chicken, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  5. Add the fresh basil leaves and stir until just wilted.
  6. Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.

Notes

Use a hot pan for better browning of the chicken. Adjust soy and fish sauce according to personal taste.
