- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package pretzel sticks
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until well combined.
- Stir in chopped dried cranberries, green onions, finely chopped pecans, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Shape the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball.
- Refrigerate the pops for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
