Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until well combined.
  2. Stir in chopped dried cranberries, green onions, finely chopped pecans, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball.
  5. Refrigerate the pops for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
