Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well to create the tzatziki dressing.
  3. In another bowl, add the shredded chicken and mix it with the tzatziki dressing until well combined.
  4. Serve the chicken salad over a bed of mixed greens or lettuce.

Notes

Squeeze excess moisture from the cucumber to avoid a watery dressing. Adjust salt and lemon to taste. This salad stores well in an airtight container for up to three days.
