- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant. Reduce heat to low.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined and heated through.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until pasta is coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite vegetables to the pasta.
