- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before dipping in melted white chocolate and letting it set.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature butter and egg. Chill dough if your kitchen is warm to maintain shape. Store cookies in an airtight container.
