- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix water, olive oil, garlic, sugar, and rosemary.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh rosemary and finely mince garlic. Store in an airtight container for up to two days or freeze for longer storage.
