This quick and festive Oreo bark combines crunchy Oreo pieces with creamy white chocolate and colorful candy melts, making it a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pink or red candy melts
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies using a rolling pin inside a zip-top bag.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate onto the parchment and spread to about a 1/4-inch thickness.
  5. Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the white chocolate layer.
  6. Melt pink or red candy melts according to package instructions and drizzle over the white chocolate.
  7. Use a toothpick to swirl the candy melts into marbled patterns.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining Oreo pieces and heart-shaped sprinkles on top.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
  10. Break into irregular pieces and serve or package for gifting.

Notes

For a visually striking bark, leave larger chunks of Oreos. Stir well while melting chocolate to avoid scorching.
