Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Start warming pasta water early to time everything perfectly. Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water. Cook garlic gently to avoid bitterness.
