Instructions

- Add ground chicken, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in broccoli and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3–5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Trim broccoli into even florets for consistent cooking. Add honey or low sodium broth for sweetness and toasted sesame seeds or chopped scallions for crunch.
